Santa Fest came to town, and Derrick Brooks Charities Rites of Passage Mentoring Program had a ’tis-the-season-to-be-jolly great time! 🎅✨ The young ladies were full of holiday cheer as they strolled through the Christmas parade in the streets of downtown Tampa.
