Last week the Math and Literacy Academy began working on parts of speech and phonics awareness with a Literacy Game called Grammar Slammer. They worked on creating complete, grammatically correct sentences – distinguishing between different verb tenses and different parts of a sentence.

This Christmas the Children's Home has donated 110 bicycles for us to distribute to those in need in our community while McAlister's Deli has been collecting toys for Derrick Brooks to distribute as well.
