After the tour of the Henry Ford Museum the group caught a bus over the Rogue Museum to watch Ford F150 trucks in production. The plant is massive and the experience was incredible.
Following our time at the Ford Facilities it was back to the hotel to change for dinner. The group rested for a little while and met in the lobby to board the bus for Granite City Restaurant in downtown Detroit, not only was the group treated to a fantastic meal but was also blessed to have a speaker from Fifth Third Bank – Byna Elliott the Senior Vice President of Community and Economic Development. The students were captivated by her wisdom and business experiences.
Once Dinner wrapped up we walked through downtown Detroit and into Greek Town for a stop at Coldstone Creamery…then off to bed.
