The WellCare Employability Skills Program in partnership with Derrick Brooks Charities has been quite a success. So far there has been Session I – Information Technology. The WellCare IT team came in and spoke with the students about the world of IT and the jobs that currently exist. They played a learning Bingo game.
In Session II the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Team broke the students into 3 groups. They spoke about professional branding, networking, resume writing/proper email address etiquette and interviewing do’s and don’ts.
