Without a good pair of shoes, kids feel embarrassed, discouraged, or left out — simply because they lack something most of us take for granted. New shoes allow kids to participate more fully in school and free up resources their caregivers can use for other necessities.
That’s why Derrick Brooks Charities, Bealls, and Soles4Souls are partnering to raise $8,000 to ensure that 400 students at O.J. Semmes Elementary in Pensacola, Florida have a new pair of shoes for the school year.
On December 9, 2024, Derrick Brooks Charities, Bealls, and Soles4Souls are hosting a shoe giveaway for 400 students at O. J. Semmes Elementary School. Each student will receive a brand-new, high-quality pair of sneakers right before the holidays.
