When I think about Derrick and his influence in my life I tend to become very emotional. Just the thought of knowing how much my life has changed because of him can set off a wave of deep feelings. So many look at Natasha Spencerme now and tell themselves that I have things easy. But most people don’t understand all the hard work that it took and the fact that the path was not an easy one; neither was it one that I traveled alone. Derrick has been there for me the entire step of the way.
